Outreach
Chapter members actively engage with the community to introduce Ikebana to people of all ages by:
-- Visits to schools to provide age-appropriate hands-on learning activities.
-- Participation in community events to demonstrate Ikebana and provide hands-on activities.
-- Placement of an arrangement, by a different School each month, for the tokonoma in the Japan Gallery at the Portland Art Museum .
